The main tools of the WonderMom application are author’s meditations, journaling and the social mission of the project, which you join every time you use the application.

For each new level in the WonderMom, you give one portion of food for children from low-income regions of Africa. Every time you meditate or keep a diary, you get points that increase your level.

Studies show that every 7th young mother experiences anxiety after giving birth, about 13% of all women who give birth suffer from more severe forms of depression, and 64% of women experience stress 3-4 days after giving birth.

The reasons for this in most cases are natural hormonal changes in a woman’s body after childbirth and lack of time for self-development.
